At some point the owners of this nice property decided it would be a good idea to build a basic lean to conservatory on the rear. Not much thought went into the design and the glazing and roof were of a very low specification meaning it was only used during the summer months. By the time we were asked to refurbish it was more or less used as a ‘junk room’ that was so full that it was ignored as a living space.
