Before we transformed this tired old conservatory

At some point the owners of this nice property decided it would be a good idea to build a basic lean to conservatory on the rear. Not much thought went into the design and the glazing and roof were of a very low specification meaning it was only used during the summer months. By the time we were asked to refurbish it was more or less used as a ‘junk room’ that was so full that it was ignored as a living space. See the next article for the transformation. Read More

Ten Years After

Ten years on from building this well loved conservatory the clients contacted us to ‘freshen up’ the room. They wanted to change the roof from polycarbonate to high spec glazing for warmth and to reduce glare and heat build up in the summer. We added a front cornice gutter just to restyle the room.
