From ‘Homespace’ to new ‘Earth-like’ planet in space

Exciting news as NASA scientists have confirmed that an Earth-like planet exists outside our solar system. Named Kepler 22-b, it’s circling a star similar to our Sun about 600 light years away.

Now that’s a long way away but we would like to say we will be watching this carefully for signs of life that might be needing an orangery or two. Or a glass roofed conservatory for observing the night sky…and any likely visitations from Earthlings.
