‘Over the years and in different properties I have had doors and windows replaced using the usual companies you see advertised on TV. Most of the work if not all was done

Great After Sales Support!
Admiral installed our doors and windows in 2012. In 2026 our front door lock broke and the manufacturer didn't make them anymore nor had any spare parts !
Nadine and Andy road to our rescue. Andy researched a potential fix, Nadine ordered the parts and Andy promptly repaired our lock mechanism and then installed it back in the door.
Absolutely super service and support - even years after our initial install!

The customer service was really good when I made my initial enquiry and I felt like the company prided itself on that. I had several questions which were answered promptly
and professionally and customer service is really important to me, particularly when I'm making a substantial purchase. I had a slight issue with the lock on my door and an engineer visit was arranged quickly and efficiently. The matter was resolved in a few minutes with a few adjustments. Very happy with the service.’

Admiral Homespace built and supplied the wooden windows and patio doors for our new Garden Room. They were built to a high standard and, working with our main contractor, adjusted to accomodate design changes as went along.
Installation went well and we are very happy with the result.

Excellent. Admiral fitted 2 Origin bifold doors in our property. I was advised well on which product to get. The survey was very detailed and left minimal surprises at installation time. The installation went very well and the finished doors look and feel fantastic.

I recall you were very patient with us while we decided on “composite vs aluminium” and “handle vs slam shut”. Armed with the pros and cons with the door we were able to make a final choice with no surprises when living with it.
We love our Veranda and have added a heater and lights to extend the amount of time we can enjoy the space outside.
Your office colleagues were reassuring and efficient. Please pass on our thanks to them as they are a very important part of the process.
We were happy with the surveyor service which was another opportunity to have any outstanding questions answered honestly and frankly.
The installations were both on time, neat and tidy and the fitters were warm and friendly.
Under normal circumstances we would have visited your Showroom, however, seeing photographs of prior installations and your own video for the door were very helpful and we proceeded with our purchase with the confidence that we were investing in a quality product.

So, no learning opportunities from us to the team – keep doing what comes naturally with a product everyone is clearly proud of.

From our initial contact with Stuart Mills right through to the completion of the orangery, it was a pleasure to deal with all Admiral’s staff both in the office (mainly Nadine) and on site.
Stuart took time over several visits, to ensure that our vision of our orangery was clearly understood. He provided much useful input and guidance into the design which was then computer generated into a quality brochure laying out pictures of the proposed finished product and terms of business.
The builders on site (mainly Martin and Lawrence) were without exception first class. They were very polite and considerate, worked hard every day, even in inclement weather and left the site clear and clean each day.
Taking Christmas into account, Admiral ensured that the orangery was completed on schedule without any long delays or builders ‘disappearing’ for weeks on end.
Following on from completion, there were a couple of minor ‘teething’ issues – understandable in such a large project, but these were dealt with promptly without fuss.
If you want the ‘cheapest’ job, then don’t go to Admiral.
However, if you want the best finished job, you shouldn’t go anywhere else. (Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambs)

From start to completion, we have been very impressed by the professional service and quality of the workmanship of the conservatory re-roofing and replacement front and rear doors. The work has been undertaken with efficiency and consideration in a timely manner and we would have no hesitation in recommending Admiral Homespace.

With the job now completely finished and me back “in occupation” may I say how pleased I am with the whole package provided by Admiral, from my initial contact to final completion. The finished product is excellent and probably better than I had dared imagine. All of the Admiral staff have done an excellent job of their individual areas of responsibility and the whole job was well co-ordinated, in good time, by Nadine and yourself; the only hiccup being the delay arising from the plasterer’s erroneous booking of his date but I’ll forgive him that given the high standard of his workmanship!
I have, this morning, spoken with Paul Molloy at OWL Building Control Solutions and arranged for his final inspection and sign off on Tuesday 19th April.

We had our decorator here yesterday prepping ready to paint the skirting and finish the walls in the conservatory and he commented that it was the best plastering he had seen in a long while.
If you are in touch with the plasterer please pass that on to him.
When the painting is done carpets will be next (couple of weeks I hope) then it will be completed.

We are very pleased with our windows and especially the smart front door – thanks! The windows let in so much more light than the old leaded ones and we have booked a new window cleaner to com next month to keep them lovely and clean.
Overall our experience has been great. Your time and advice was very much appreciated to support us through the decisions – even down to the little details we wouldn’t have considered. We are very happy to have been able to keep the original 50/50 layout which matches other houses of this style on our estate. Our contact with the office worked well, and with the fitters – though Daniel dealt with them as I worked in the office during the week of the installation which was much simpler.
I particularly appreciated your pricing – which was not the cheapest we were quoted, but you didn’t keep changing it and offering deals and discounts – I found that very irritating with other companies. Just thought that we would send you a note to thank all concerned at Admiral Homespace for the replacement of our glass Conservatory Roof with a new tiled one.
Having not had any work of this nature undertaken before we were very unsure on exactly what was involved but have to say Admiral guided us through what was involved which enabled us to make an informed decision.
So thank you to yourself for the patience shown during your initial visit to the house and our subsequent appointment at your show site which was very useful, also to Dan for his detailed design work.
Once the work started we were very impressed that everything went exactly to the timetable that you had roughly outlined for us and that there were no delays due to delivery slippages or lack of materials etc. Despite the challenges presented by Covid. During the project both Dave and Connor were outstanding and very hard workers who clearly know their trade. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were quite happy to answer any questions we had as the work progressed. It is quite clear that they take pride in what they do and Admiral are lucky to have them. After they had finished the job they even cleared the area and put the plant pots back in place! A nice touch. Not forgetting Nadine and Molly for all of their organisation in pulling this together and for keeping us advised of dates relating to deliveries and electrician/plasterers visits.
We are very pleased with the completed roof and now that we have had the Conservatory decorated and new window blinds fitted it looks a completely different area – we wish we had done it years ago now. We are just waiting for our new furniture to arrive.

‘Initially visiting local door companies, we were underwhelmed with most aspects. We then found Admiral’s impressive and well designed website, and from this felt a journey to Alconbury would be worthwhile. On arrival, we were greeted by Kieron’s enthusiastic, personal and extremely knowledgeable approach … so refreshing! This was followed by prompt and friendly emails from him, as we awaited installation of a showroom patio door to view. I’d like to give my feedback on all aspects of our new conservatory
The initial meeting with Robin was handled very well by him, keeping the salesman side subdued and offering the benefits of a full brickwork up replacement. Given that we were initially considering only replacing the existing windows he was very successful
Dan’s first visit was excellent, he pointed out the problems represented by the slope of the existing brickwork and the solutions to the problems. I was impressed that he came back for a second look to make sure his figures and measurements were correct
The 2 fitters were excellent. I like to ask questions on things foreign to me, and Dave answered all good naturedly.
I cannot raise even a small complaint about the quality of the fit, it was and is brilliant. The constant supplying of them with tea, cold drinks and biscuits may have helped
The plasterer did an exemplary job both in the bit he was supposed to do and in the extra skimming we asked him to do. The one problem we had with the window lock has been fixed quickly and efficiently
Since the completion of the conservatory we have on many evenings sat and had a glass (or 3) of wine in it and commented on what a good choice Admiral were. So far it has definitely lived up to Robin’s promise of being cooler in the summer, and we have no doubt the promise of warmer in the winter will be delivered
All in all I give your company a rating of 5 out of 5. I am happy for you to show this to potential new clients
