At Admiral Homespace we have a passion for detail and quality and have been offering this in our UPVC range for the last 35 years. We work closely with our suppliers to provide the latest development in window technology and aim to offer options that inspire our customers to better their homes. When considering UPVC windows one of the first considerations is that of style and shape. Do we go for a bevelled profile, an ovolo profile, a pencil edge, a flush casement, a stormproof casement window, a tilt turn window or even a sliding sash window? Is colour something that we want to change? Do we want a timber look window with authentic looking timber joints or do we prefer the clean mitred joint of a seamless weld window?
All of these things are considered and available to view in our dedicated window showroom.

Seamless weld technology
With the governments initiative to reduce the levels of carbon dioxide emissions it has been more important than ever to find the best possible solutions for thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss within our windows. As good an insulator as UPVC is we have worked tirelessly to reduce thermal losses further and make sure your new windows provide you with the ultimate in energy efficiency. Multi chambered profiles combine with our thermal glass options to provide the best in UPVC technology. We have also cherry picked some of the best passive house installation methods and applied to our residential, replacement market (see information sheet on our Full Void Insulation System).
The latest security features are included with all of our windows, including steel shoot bolts, anti jemmy hinge bolts, collared cams and key locking handles. Choosing handles is always fun and we have plenty of options from the standard offset handles, the period detail of tear drop and monkey tail or the contemporary Ventis range with its choice of finishes.
In designing your windows with one of our window designers we will consider your preferences, your property style and talk you through the options. Are dummy sashes something that should be included? Is leaded glass, Georgian glass, acoustic glass or solar controlled glass required. We will talk you through the latest requirements for ventilation as part of the Approved Document F of the Building Regulations and give careful consideration to trickle vents, the position of these and even look at the options of a concealed ventilation canopy for enhanced aesthetics.

Evolution Windows
If you thought you would never buy PVC windows it may be time to think again! The Evolution of the PVC window has been a slow process. Since the early eighties plastic windows have dominated the replacement window market by offering a combination of high security with practically no maintenance. Over the past few years however, things have started to change. Clients sometimes ask for ‘anything but’ PVC. This represents an understandable desire for individuality in an age where everything can appear disposable…plastic to some people conjures up images of mass produced white shiny frames…albeit with fancy locks! Admiral has moved fast to capitalise on the demand from more discerning and affluent homeowners for ‘different replacement windows’. Having introduced a hand made timber range and aluminium frames there was still something missing in the product offer. The company found that although many clients preferred wood, they could not always afford the hefty price tag that comes with such a labour intensive window. Hence the introduction of the Evolution Window System.
The Evolution Window has a maintenance free core that is cleverly covered with white wood-grained foil that looks just like a timber frame painted with micro-porous paint. The mullions and transoms are mechanically jointed and shadow grooved by hand just as with timber frames. This eliminates the ugly welds that so many people reject on plastic window frames. In fact the Evolution Window is the first PVC window in the United Kingdom to extend this jointing to the outer frame as well. This window is called Storm and can be specified with old fashioned wrought iron handles and lots of hand finished detailing to a clients personal taste. Evolution Georgian windows always have external Georgian bars rather than glazing frets inside the sealed units. The bars are hand applied in a workshop to avoid corruption of the bonding and to achieve the best possible finish. This attention to detail permeates the whole Evolution range. Old fashioned opening stays, Monkey tail handles enable clients to make their windows identical to wood. The Evolution Window makes the debate on Wood versus PVC for replacement windows a lot more interesting…..
All of our UPVC windows are accredited with the latest British Standards Kitemark for quality assurance and testing. Everything will be signed off by FENSA upon completion and you can rest assured that your Admiral Guarantee is fully insurance backed.

to about 70% satisfaction. The installers were contracter’s that had no commitment to what they were doing and it showed. We needed a new set of patio doors, thinking here
we go again going to get another job done that I know I won’t be overall happy with. I passed Admiral Homespace by chance, popped in had a chat with one of the sales team
who was not a cheesy sales guy in fact nice and pleasant to talk with (good start). We arranged a site visit he came over I explained what I was after which was to limit the
amount of surround and centre join of the doors he offered me a new to the market product that gave a centre join of 20mm and minimal surround. To cut a long story short,
bought the product it has been fitted by an excellent team who are employed with the company so have vested interest in doing a good job which they did. overall from sales
to surveying to organising and fitting the whole team are excellent very professional and actually care, the fitters Andy & Wayne look genuinely pleased with the doors and the
fact I was so pleased. I would highly recommend them looking to get new windows fitted so am going back to them. Happy to pass on pictures to them to forward to potential
customers’

a very helpful sales process. We were able to move at a comfortable pace, arriving at the final solution, in a timely but very professional manner. All trades conducted themselves
in a very professional manner, on time and as described. Even late changes were accommodated without issue, we would have no hesitation in recommending Admiral and their
comprehensive professional approach throughout

Admiral installed our doors and windows in 2012. In 2026 our front door lock broke and the manufacturer didn't make them anymore nor had any spare parts !
Nadine and Andy road to our rescue. Andy researched a potential fix, Nadine ordered the parts and Andy promptly repaired our lock mechanism and then installed it back in the door.
Absolutely super service and support - even years after our initial install!
Admiral Homespace care for their customers !

and professionally and customer service is really important to me, particularly when I'm making a substantial purchase. I had a slight issue with the lock on my door and an engineer visit was arranged quickly and efficiently. The matter was resolved in a few minutes with a few adjustments. Very happy with the service.’

Installation went well and we are very happy with the result.
I'd definitely recommend Admiral Homespace to anyone looking for custom, handmade windows & doors for their project.
